Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage enterprise accounts across hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute settings. You will develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and build executive relationships with key decision makers.

The role requires 5–7 years of progressive healthcare sales experience with account management, pricing and contract negotiation.

• Experience pricing and contract negotiation in a healthcare context
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills for executive-level engagement

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide solutions through the contract lifecycle
• Cross department collaboration to formulate robust programs focused on value beyond price
• Support corporate sales training needs on the Kate Farms product line, competitive advantage, and customer profiles
• Monitor and report key metrics for revenue and volume trends and usage of goods
• Conduct business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities
