Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage enterprise-level relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, IDNs, Homecare and post-acute providers. You will craft account strategies, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that create value beyond price.

This role requires 50–75% travel within the region, a hybrid work model, and the ability to engage healthcare executives with clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
• Healthcare business/clinical experience; RD/RN strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in healthcare with account management.
• Experience engaging healthcare executives, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide creative solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Cross department collaboration to formulate robust programs and business propositions focused on value beyond price.
• Support corporate sales training needs on the Kate Farms product line, competitive advantage, and customer profiles.
• Monitor and report key metrics for managing performance and measuring results achieved, such as revenue and volume trending and utilization of goods.
• Conducts business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identifies trends, usage/purchasing patterns, and assesses opportunities to expand product portfolio.
