Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage enterprise-level relationships with key hospital/IDN and homecare accounts across the US. This role emphasizes contracts, clinical selling, and strategic account management to expand our Kate Farms portfolio.

You will collaborate with healthcare executives, identify needs, and propose value-driven solutions while traveling 50-75% in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in a related healthcare environment, with account management experience.
• Experience working directly with healthcare executives, opinion leaders, and technical experts.
• Pricing and contract negotiation and management experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Negotiation and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide creative solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Cross department collaboration to formulate robust programs and business propositions focused on value beyond price.
• Support corporate sales training needs on the Kate Farms product line, competitive advantage, and customer profiles.
• Monitor and report key metrics for managing performance and measuring results achieved, such as revenue and volume trending and utilization of goods.
• Conducts business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identifies trends, usage/purchasing patterns, and assesses opportunities to expand product portfolio.
