API Delevan, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive profitable growth across Medical and Industrial Automation markets, including Robotics.

The role emphasizes identifying new customers, applications and commercial opportunities, while strengthening OEM, distribution and end-user relationships. You will work with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Strategic Marketing and Operations to translate market needs into growth plans and a strong opportunity pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in engineering, business, or marketing preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial automation or related markets.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into commercially viable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development plans for Medical and Industrial Automation markets.
• Identify key growth accounts, applications, and partnerships within OEMs and distributors.
• Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline from discovery to closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Operations to align growth plans.
• Lead Voice of the Customer activities to inform strategy and product roadmaps.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions and drive value-based selling.
