Delta Electronics Americas seeks a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead market engagement and growth in the humanoid robotics space. This role maps humanoid applications, defines go-to-market strategies, and builds relationships with early adopters across vertical markets.

You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing to shape offerings, drive the pipeline, and present value to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in robotics or deep-tech.
• Familiarity with humanoid or mobile robot technologies, AI-driven systems, or real-world deployments.

Responsabilités

• Identify humanoid applications and growth areas.
• Conduct market landscape analysis to inform GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to define offerings and roadmap priorities.
• Build relationships with early adopters, pilot customers, and strategic partners.
• Drive lead generation, pre-sales engagements, and PoCs.
• Present technical and business value propositions to executives and customers.
• Own the humanoid robotics business development pipeline.
• Qualify, develop, and convert high-potential leads.
• Support deal structuring, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Delta at industry events and showcases.
