Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You’ll partner with leaders across the company and report to the VP of Finance, supporting CFO and founders with rigorous financial analysis.

You’ll bring 4+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on use of AI tools for analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or quantitatively similar field.
• Proven financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience translating complex data into executive narratives and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Manage annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis for executives and board.
• Explain results and implications to CFO, founders, and investors with clear narratives.
