Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and functional leaders to evaluate opportunities across products, verticals, channels, and partnerships, ensuring external-diligence-ready reporting.

The role emphasizes building scalable financial processes in a high-growth environment, with a focus on unit economics, CAC/LTV, and payback analyses across multiple product

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills and experience building driver-based operating models.
• Proficient with GAAP and accounting concepts for three-statement analysis.
• Experience translating complex analysis into executive-ready narratives.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred with finance process-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, budgeting, and long-range planning end to end.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities and partnerships.
• Report insights to CFO, founders, and board for diligence-ready presentation.
• Lead monthly reviews and variance analysis against plan and prior period.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and corporate development on strategic decisions.
