Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and forecasting. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to provide clear financial insight.

You will build financial models for new opportunities, maintain the budgeting cycle, and translate results into executive narratives suitable for investors and the board. Remote-friendly, US-based candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic finance/FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Strong financial modeling: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenarios.
• Experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, margins.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear executive narrative.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred; building processes from scratch.
• Fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle end-to-end.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning with stakeholders.
• Manage monthly/quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and narrative.
• Write executive summaries for CFO, founders, and board.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system and rollout.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities—product/vertical/channel/partnership.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and drive vendor spend analysis.
