The role requires 4+ years in finance with strong modeling skills, a background in high-growth environments, and hands-on fluency with AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, incl. 2+ years in finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based models.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention.
• Startup or high-growth background; AI tooling fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model and forecast cycle.
• Run annual budgeting and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Prepare executive narratives for CFO and board.
• Lead monthly reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems.
