Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to build the driver-based operating model and lead the planning cycle in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will partner with VPs and CFO, translate complex numbers into actionable insights, and present results to founders and investors. This role offers hands-on financial modeling, equity considerations, and opportunities to scale new product lines across verticals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or investing
• Experience in equity/venture style high-growth
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, margins)
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model and planning cycle
• Partner with functional leaders and CFO
• Lead monthly business reviews and translate numbers into decisions
• Build financial case for new opportunities and products
• Explain financial results to executives and investors
