Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to support Revenue Finance with real-time forecasts and analytics. You will partner with product, growth analytics, credit, revenue and pricing teams to drive outcomes and build financial models that describe variances across our metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership communication with executives, scalable dashboards, and collaboration with ML teams to blend forecasting with AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, concise reports
• High attention to detail with ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses in business context
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capability to navigate cross-functional collaborations with executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional leaders to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast, reconcile, and describe variances for key metrics
• Collaborate with ML modeling team to integrate modeling with aggregated ML forecasts
• Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report realized financial performance to Executives
• Design and deliver scalable automated dashboards and analytics for cross-department and executive consumption
