Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics to build scalable data products and reporting infrastructure powering the Revenue organization. You will own data modeling, metric definitions, dashboards, automation, and enablement while strengthening semantic layers and data governance for reliable AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering or BI role
• Strong SQL, dbt, Python, data modeling and data viz
• Hands-on with BI tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau), Databricks, and Snowflake
• Understanding semantic layers, metadata, evals, metric definitions, documentation, data quality
• Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce and supporting commercial areas
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into durable data infrastructure
• Clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop dbt data models, dashboards, metrics, and automation processes for the revenue field team and revenue analysts
• Build and maintain critical reporting data models that power external merchant reporting
• Build semantic, metadata, and context layers enabling AI systems to understand revenue data and definitions
• Partner with Business Systems, engineering, and stakeholders to translate requirements into durable data products
• Contribute to GitHub-based workflows, version control, code reviews, and release hygiene
• Develop processes, governance, and foundations to scale analytics impact within Revenue.
