Affirm is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to fuel revenue growth with data-driven insights. You will build models, forecast performance, and partner with Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, and Sales teams to drive outcomes.

You will develop automated dashboards, analyze variances, and present findings to executives. A mix of advanced Excel skills and SQL/Python tooling will be essential in a remote-friendly, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fast-paced analytical roles (strategic finance, analytics, or consulting).
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to simplify complex financial data.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and communication to influence executives.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL, Sigma, Cursor or similar data tools; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes with strategic analytics.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast and explain variances.
• Collaborate with ML modeling team to align models with forecasts.
• Establish top-line metrics and report performance to executives.
• Design scalable dashboards and analytics for cross-department use.
