Job summary

Employer.com is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance and Reporting (Remote) to deliver accurate revenue, expense, and churn forecasts. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Ops, and Operations to ensure data integrity across systems like Salesforce, Redshift, and Tableau.

Build and refine forecasting models, perform variance analyses, and develop dashboards tracking GTM KPIs and revenue trends to guide strategic decisions and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Analytics, Sales Forecasting, or Sales Performance & Reporting, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, financial modeling, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and revenue reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data warehousing tools (Redshift) preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue and churn forecasting models and maintain them with evolving data trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking GTM KPIs, sales performance, and revenue/cost trends.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, Redshift, Tableau and other sources for forecasting inputs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data for decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis between forecasts and actuals and deliver actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, goal-setting, and revenue growth initiatives with data-driven guidance.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting efficiency across analytics.
