The role emphasizes teaming, win strategies and pipeline growth within a DMV/Austin hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive federal business development experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate across proposals, capture, and contracts teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in federal government or federal government consulting.
• Proven experience leading or supporting two or more federal contracts ($30M+).
• Ability to build relationships with diverse federal contractors to support bids.
• Diplomatic, articulate communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage federal agency business development efforts to secure strategic contracts.
• Drive call plan activities and increase win probability with value-based client interactions.
• Develop and maintain a healthy, diverse sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with proposals, solutions and capture teams on strategic opportunities.
