Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years in BD, capture, or opportunity shaping.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and drive opportunities independently.
• Strong relationships with senior Federal Civilian agency leaders.
• Experience responding to RFIs and managing capture processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and shape new Federal Civilian opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior agency leaders.
• Lead responses to RFIs and early-phase BD deliverables.
• Collaborate with capture, pricing, and solution teams to shape opportunities.
