Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to lead growth within Federal, DoD, and commercial sectors. The role targets agencies like Army, DISA, Navy, and DHS, shaping requirements early and guiding capture and proposal efforts.

Remote work with travel at least 25% is expected. The candidate will build relationships with government decision-makers, partners, and internal teams to deliver strategic opportunities and customer success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Federal IT market (10+ years)
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Experience translating capabilities into growth opportunities
• Proven capture planning and execution in DoD/contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication, with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy aligned with growth goals
• Influence requirements early in the acquisition cycle to fit capabilities
• Manage full BD lifecycle: identify opportunities, capture strategy, proposals, contracts
• Maintain trusted relationships with DoD/government decision-makers and partners
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success and provide progress updates
• Lead evolution of BD processes including CRM and proposals workflows
• Forecast and capture new opportunities and manage customer relationships
• Identify market inflection points and present strategic growth opportunities
• Monitor government portals for strategic and tactical opportunities
