Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Core Customer Success Manager to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own enterprise customer relationships and drive long-term adoption, value realization, and retention across a technically sophisticated customer base.

It partners with executive stakeholders to build structured success plans, guide strategic reviews, and translate platform capabilities into practical business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior Customer Success or account management; Enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Strong prioritization skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate and build trust across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption, value realization, and retention.

• Lead cross-functional alignment and enable teams across CS and Support.
• Mentor CS and Support teams.
