Job summary

Lumen is seeking an accomplished Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth across large, potentially global, enterprise accounts. You will translate customer business priorities into measurable outcomes across our network, cloud, security, managed services, and orchestration portfolio.

You will operate from acquisition through modernization, activation, adoption, and expansion, setting strategy, negotiating terms, and mobilizing cross-functional resources.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with sustained quota achievement.
• Experience acquiring and expanding large, global enterprise accounts.
• Broad expertise across business and financial drivers, enterprise tech markets, and complex buying environments.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex product, service, pricing, and contract terms.
• Technical fluency to lead credible discovery and direct architects and specialists.
• Ability to plan account strategy independently and coordinate teams across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a self-directed strategy for a portfolio of large accounts.
• Develop value propositions connecting modernization to growth, efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Build qualified pipeline through executive relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead high-value sales cycles through qualification, pricing, procurement, and closing.
• Direct teams to integrate capabilities into a coherent customer outcome.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate forecast, surface risks early.
