Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Large Enterprise Sales professional to identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities across our expansive fiber network and AI-ready ecosystem. This role emphasizes outside sales activity, relationship building with key decision makers, and achievement of revenue quotas.

The position supports remote work across multiple states, with travel to customer opportunities and industry events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry sales experience.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
• Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers and retain revenue.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet quotas and build pipelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company\'s entire product suite and can cover a subset in depth.
• Provides accurate weekly forecast funnel of identified opportunities to meet quota.
• Gives input to management on trends and future actions to improve position with customers.
• Builds and grows pipeline.
