Job summary

IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company, seeks a District Partnership Specialist in Los Angeles to guide districts through IXL implementations. You will act as a trusted consultant, delivering professional development and partnering with district and school leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps.

You will travel 40%–60% locally to sites, deliver live and virtual sessions, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to expand district partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Must have school/district administrator experience or extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical thinker who can interpret data and develop plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts with IXL.
• Partner with district leaders in the Greater Los Angeles Area to create and implement a professional development plan.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area to deliver professional development (40%–60% local travel, occasional overnight).
• Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including districts piloting IXL.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
