You’ll travel 40%–60% within New England, build strong relationships with administrators and teachers, analyze district data, and collaborate with internal teams to expand partnerships and improve products and services.

Qualifikationen

• K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development.
• Experience as school or district administrator or PD provider for these audiences.
• Led a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who uses data to guide implementation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative attitude and relationship-building.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as an implementation expert, supporting large districts with IXL rollout.
• Create and implement a professional development plan aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel within New England to deliver PD and meet leaders (40%–60% travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
