Job summary

nVent seeks an experienced account/channel coordinator to manage strategic customers and distributors from a home office in the United States. You will align with sales, pricing, marketing, and operations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in account management or channel sales, and Hebrew? (note: keep language consistent). Strong CRM/ERP and Excel skills are preferred, with willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management or channel sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in electrical/industrial markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for the strategic customer and distributors
• Develop relationships to understand needs and improve responsiveness
• Support pricing, quotations, order status, returns, and channel needs
• Coordinate issue resolution across multiple internal teams
• Contribute to growth-oriented account plans and channel programs
• Monitor orders, shipments, and program performance against objectives
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Assist onboarding of new distributors and drive program adoption
