Threespot, a digital strategy agency, seeks an Account Lead (Producer) who will drive strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional project leadership for nonprofit and cultural clients. You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines across website, branding, and web-based applications while collaborating with creative directors, strategists, designers, and developers.

The role is remote, with eligibility for candidates located in eligible US states.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Strategic thinker who handles ambiguity to find solutions.
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation (WordPress/Drupal).

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for additional work.
• Leads cross-functional teams and scopes projects to win new work.
• Manages project plans and budgets from quick-turnaround to large multi-year engagements.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Supports business development with scoping, scheduling, and proposals.
