Job summary

Threespot is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to drive digital strategy, brand, website, and web-app projects for nonprofit and cultural clients. You will lead client relationships, scope opportunities, and manage cross-functional teams including designers and developers.

You will own project plans, budgets, and risk management while coordinating with creatives and technologists to deliver high-impact digital solutions that meet client goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Experience with CMS implementations; WordPress and Drupal.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts. Identifies opportunities for additional work, pitches ideas to clients, and leads the effort to scope and win it.
• Cultivates durable, trusting client relationships. Builds relationships even through difficulties and navigates conversations to reach solutions.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for projects from quick-turnaround to multi-year engagements; delivers on time and on budget.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects across several accounts; keeps administrative tasks up to date and prioritizes accordingly.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals; pitches client service and project management capabilities.
• Leads cross-functional, multi-allocated teams and collaborates to help the team arrive at solutions.
