Threespot, a digital strategy agency, offers a remote Account Leads position. You will drive strategy, client relationships, and project leadership for nonprofit and cultural clients.

The role requires mature account management, strong CX instincts, and collaboration across creative and technical teams. You will oversee project plans, budgets, and scopes from discovery to delivery, ensuring value and impact align with client missions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Experience with CMS implementations (WordPress and Drupal) and working with nonprofit, foundation, or government clients is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for additional work.
• Leads scoping, budgeting, and proposals to win new work.
• Builds durable, trusting client relationships and communicates effectively across teams.
• Plans, tracks, and reports project plans and budgets across engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams including Creative Directors, Strategists, UX specialists, Designers, and Developers.
