Job summary

YipitData is seeking a Director, Strategic Data Partnerships to scale a growing data partnerships motion. This IC-level role sits at the intersection of corporate development, strategy, and product, requiring strategic judgment and executive presence to identify, evaluate, and secure exclusive data partnerships.

You will lead discovery and diligence, build business cases, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate with legal, product, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• IC-focused, ideal for enterprise sellers seeking a non-traditional sales role and quota attainment.
• Experience evaluating and executing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
• Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
• Demonstrates strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes opportunities.
• Thrives in unstructured environments and can carve new paths.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential data partners with high strategic and product value.
• Engage directly with CEOs and senior executives to assess opportunity and build alignment.
• Lead discovery and diligence to understand data quality and defensibility.
• Develop strategic and economic business cases for partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute complex, enterprise-level agreements, including exclusive arrangements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, product, compliance, engineering, and leadership.
