YipitData is seeking an Associate Director of Product Development to drive discovery, development, and implementation of innovative products that enhance clients’ data experiences. You’ll lead strategic decisions, accelerate revenue growth, and collaborate across teams to deliver actionable insights.

You will guide product development strategy, engage with data partnerships, and shape experiences that leverage our datasets for valuable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of alternative data experience with evaluating, sourcing, and using multiple datasets.
• Proven track record developing new alt-data research or feed products with measurable impact.
• Client-facing or buy-side exposure and understanding of financial client needs.
• Customer-centric product thinker using data and feedback to guide decisions.
• Strong product-innovation history with opportunities identified early, prioritised, and executed iteratively.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence delivery of shared goals.
• Understanding of how data is collected, stored, delivered and consumed.
• Transparent communication and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building new alt-data products across sectors or financial verticals.
• Explore and evaluate new datasets for potential commercialization.
• Coordinate with Partnerships to source datasets and engage prospective data partners.
• Understand client workflows and needs via interviews and Revenue team input.
• Shape product strategy that adds value on top of YipitData's data and research.
• Regularly communicate progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Possibility to manage or grow a team of Product Development Analysts.
