Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Senior Client Success Consultant to manage a dedicated book of North American accounts from a remote India base. You will ensure renewals, maintain airtight admin, and keep the tech from hindering the win. Strong analytics tooling experience and client-facing polish are essential.

You will own demos in GA and Amplitude, manage SOWs/NDAs, and master Salesforce, Drive, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint to drive seamless project delivery and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience running live demos of analytics tools.
• Background in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Demo Expert: run live demos in Google Analytics and Amplitude for clients.
• The Paperwork Pro: handle SOWs, MSAs, NDAs and Change Orders clearly.
• The Tech Stack: operate in Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
• The Strategic Bridge: connect Canadian managers with clients to keep renewals on track.
