Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts end-to-end, ensuring retention and growth.
• Defend revenue base against scope erosion and competitive displacement.
• Drive expansion via cross-sell and new buying centers with alliance support.
• Set and own the account strategy; chair a current, written plan.
• Maintain executive relationships and map coverage across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Alliance leaders on joint planning and co-sell motions.
