Veeva's Ostro division redefines how life sciences companies engage clinicians and patients through AI-powered experiences. We seek a strategic Client Partner who builds executive relationships, solves complex business problems, and delivers measurable impact beyond traditional account management.

As a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you will influence product direction and grow partnerships by aligning Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to drive adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing strategy, client services, or account management in pharma or life sciences
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships
• Experience launching pharma websites and multi-channel campaigns
• Deep pharma knowledge and familiarity with regulatory review processes (MLR)
• Willingness to travel approx. quarterly
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and related tools

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise pharma clients as a strategic advisor
• Understand client objectives and develop strategies that maximize adoption, engagement, and long-term success
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Translate campaign analytics into actionable business recommendations
• Advocate for customer needs and influence Ostro platform direction
• Lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing priorities and budgets
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and realize greater value
