Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Strategic Alliances Director in Seattle area with a strong background in building and scaling cloud partnerships. You will lead joint go‑to‑market with cloud and data security priorities, developing differentiated integrations and compelling co‑sell motions to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and GTM teams to shape solutions, collateral, and demand generation while managing complex negotiations and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field; MBA highly desired.
• 8+ years in strategic business development, technology alliances, product/marketing or technical sales enablement in software/SaaS.
• 5+ years managing cloud alliances with measurable go‑to‑market impact at scale.
• Strong technical acumen in Cybersecurity or Data industries; AWS experience is a plus.
• Data-driven with ability to forecast co‑sell revenue; Salesforce.com skills recommended.
• Collaborative, influential, and able to drive cross‑functional alignment without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead two strategic cloud partnerships with AWS and GCP, owning the global alliance strategy.
• Build alliance strategies and sales plays aligned with partner go‑to‑market approaches.
• Identify decision makers, drive cross‑functional execution, and strengthen relationships.
• Develop sales plays with Product and Solution Architecture; coordinate co‑marketing and co‑sell motions.
• Define cross‑functional alliance plans; govern performance and negotiate favorable terms.
• Translate activity into measurable outcomes and represent customer and partner voice.
