Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer for the East region to join our US remote team. You will work with prospects and customers to architect cloud data security and data risk management solutions, delivering PoVs, demos, and executive-level guidance.

The role requires deep knowledge of cloud security, APIs, IAM, and data privacy, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and scalable sales motion in a hyper-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud security sales engineering, solutions architect, or similar technical sales role.
• Understanding of AWS/Azure cloud environments, roles/permissions, APIs.
• Fundamental networking & database knowledge.
• Understanding of data storage, encryption, key management, cloud IAM, and network design.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue through large, complex opportunities.
• Architect information availability solutions using Cyera products.
• Deliver PoVs and Use Case Demos on customer sites; engage executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support scalable sales motion.
• Be the technical contact for Cyera partner channel and represent at events.
