Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Commercial team. You will lead a United States–based remote sales force, drive the regional strategy, coach Account Executives, and ensure quota attainment while applying best practices and CRM discipline.

You will partner with executives to expand Cyera's cloud data security footprint, manage relationships with customers and partners, and guide the team through fast-paced growth and evolving market dynamics.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a proven leader with a track record of driving large deals in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent ability to communicate with executives and leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and security, with data risk awareness.
• Experience teaching consultative selling and coaching Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Sales Team to follow best practices and CRM usage.
• Mentor Account Executives on prospecting, key account management, and maintenance.
• Review sales activity, coaching needs, and progress for each Account Executive.
• Assess skills, coach for growth, and guide career paths within the team.
• Identify growth opportunities and participate in recruiting and interviews.
• Guide on managing relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners.
• Maintain processes to keep leadership updated on sales activity and escalation points.
• Assess customer information to identify issues and present effective solutions.
