Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will build executive relationships, lead enterprise opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win large-scale contracts.

You will travel 50-75% and report to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales experience is required; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives within large health systems, IDNs, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities through execution.
• Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• Understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems, IDNs, and strategic healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and opportunities to win.
• Create, advance and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio with customer objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate opportunity progression.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
