You will partner with cross-functional teams to align Leica’s portfolio with customer priorities, drive competitive success, and expand market share while operating in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales or strategic account management experience.
• Proven experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers within large health systems.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities through execution.
• Strong negotiation, executive presentation, customer relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret priorities and financial drivers into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, market share expansion across health systems, IDNs, and academic centers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying customer priorities and opportunities to win.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio to business objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies and drive growth.
