Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will build executive relationships, develop strategic plans, and lead enterprise opportunities from qualification to close.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic & Corporate Accounts and is supported remotely within the designated geography. 50–75% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in healthcare sales/strategic account management or related fields.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers in large health systems or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share expansion across assigned health systems and strategic healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying customer priorities and opportunities to win.
• Create and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio to customer objectives and investment priorities.
• Establish executive-level relationships with stakeholders to accelerate opportunity progression and long‑term growth.
• Mobilize cross‑functional resources to execute strategies and accelerate revenue growth and share gain.
