Job summary

Leica Biosystems Inc. seeks a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, and close enterprise opportunities aligned to customers' objectives.

The role requires engaging C-suite executives, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging Leica's portfolio to drive large-scale growth in a remote-capable role with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development or related field.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers within large health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans and lead executive conversations across a matrixed organization.
• Strong negotiation, executive presentation, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate healthcare market dynamics into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share expansion across assigned healthcare networks and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying customer priorities and growth opportunities.
• Create and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio to customer objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships to accelerate opportunity progression and long-term growth.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute account strategies and drive revenue and share gains.
