Job summary

This role supports remote accounts within the designated geography, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic & Corporate Accounts. A hunter mindset and cross-functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate healthcare market needs into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share expansion across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and opportunities.
• Create and close enterprise opportunities aligned to customer goals.
• Establish executive-level relationships to accelerate opportunity progression.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to drive revenue growth and wins.
