Job summary
Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, academic medical centers, and strategic healthcare organizations. This remote role supports assigned customers within the designated geography, with 50–75% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or related fields.
- Proven track record engaging C‑suite executives and senior decision makers.
- Ability to own strategic account plans and drive opportunities through execution.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and win paths.
- Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities aligning portfolio to client objectives.
- Establish executive relationships to accelerate opportunity progression and justify investments.
- Mobilize cross‑functional resources to remove barriers and accelerate growth.
