Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will engage senior decision makers, develop account plans, and mobilize teams to close enterprise opportunities.

You will travel 50-75% and work remotely, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts, within Leica’s Strategic Accounts Team. A strong healthcare background and DBS tools experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment experience.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite executives and senior decision makers within large health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Experience owning strategic account plans and leading executive conversations in a matrixed commercial environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and commercial performance across assigned health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying customer priorities and opportunities to win.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio to customer objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships to accelerate opportunity progression and growth.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to remove barriers and accelerate revenue growth and share gain.
