Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (chemistry preferred) from an accredited four-year college/university.
• 5+ years of field sales experience.
• Lubricant and Metalworking industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
• High moral and business ethics orientation.

Aufgaben

• Call on existing and potential customers in assigned territory to sell and service products.
• Identify profitable sales opportunities and optimize sales results.
• Develop product knowledge by reading product data sheets.
• Build and sustain relationships with key accounts and internal teams.
• Provide written reports on sales calls, pricing, usage, and competition.
• Assist VP of Sales in setting goals and developing sales strategies.
• Schedule joint calls with supplier personnel to introduce products.
• Monitor sales leads from various sources for new potentials.
• Manage pricing levels and proposals for non-standard pricing.
• Handle administrative duties in line with company policies.
• Support goals to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with associates to sustain effective relationships within the company.
