Job summary
Clariant is seeking an Account Manager, Industrial Lubricants, to grow customer relationships and develop new business within our Care Chemicals unit. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or business required.
- At least five years of chemicals industry experience, ideally in account management or sales.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to communicate product value.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth and retention across a $12M portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and CRM pipeline management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms to balance customer needs with profitability.
- Monitor demand and industry trends to propose relevant solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning and decisions.
- Expand share of customer spend through product adoption and bids.
