Job summary
Clariant Corporation is seeking an Account Manager for Industrial Lubricants to grow customer relationships and drive new business within Care Chemicals. This remote role offers a company vehicle and annual bonus potential, enabling you to develop both technical and commercial expertise while delivering measurable results.
You will own an established portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer needs with profitability and long-term
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business field.
- Minimum five years of chemicals industry experience, preferably in account management or sales.
- Solid commercial judgement to identify opportunities and negotiate with customers.
- Strong presentation, public speaking and collaborative communication skills.
- Proven initiative, persistence and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with procurement and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth and retention.
- Identify and convert new opportunities through prospecting and CRM.
- Manage pricing, quotations, contracts, and negotiations.
- Monitor demand and industry developments to propose solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and timely opportunity updates.
