Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the distribution transformer industry.
• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events (up to 50%).
