ERMCO is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow relationships with key customers and drive tailored, revenue-focused solutions. This remote role supports customers across the US with relocation assistance available and travel up to 50% for site visits and industry events.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric outcomes, develop business reviews, and negotiate contracts that align with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the distribution transformer industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO’s offerings accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans to both customers and internal leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic account management plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations to maintain positive relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Travel required to customer sites and industry events (up to 50%).
