Thread HCM is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the US market from Alpharetta, GA. The role emphasizes autonomy, high earnings potential, and building strong partnerships with brokers, advisors, and COIs.

You will articulate Thread's service value and the isolved platform, lead high-level product demonstrations, and maintain a focus on client success through referrals and ongoing relationship management.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent
• Proven outbound acquisition sales in Enterprise roles
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or a B2B platform
• 5+ years of B2B sales in payroll, HCM, HRIS, Benefits, or HR services
• Minimum 2 Presidents Club qualifications
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Ability to access decision-makers and close business
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Competitive and money-motivated with unlimited commission potential

Mansioni

• Meet/exceed sales targets with a focus on enterprise partnerships
• Position Thread's offerings and isolved platform to target market (50–10,000 employees)
• Demo the isolved software and products (payroll, onboarding, ATS, benefits, etc.)
• Develop referral relationships with brokers and advisors
• Nurture client relationships and roll out new product capabilities
