Job summary

Thread HCM is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue with an autonomous, high-velocity sales approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with benefit brokers, financial advisors, and COIs, demonstrating the isolved software and Thread's HR consulting offerings to mid-market and enterprise clients. A proven track record in outbound B2B sales and Presidents Club qualifications is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM software.
• Minimum 2 Presidents Club qualifications.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to access decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets with enterprise clients.
• Position offerings to target market and demonstrate value.
• Demo isolved software and related products.
• Develop referral relationships with brokers and advisors.
• Follow up with clients to expand the relationship.
