Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks an Account Executive to drive new project opportunities in industrial refrigeration and heating solutions. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with occasional travel to Milwaukee.

You will build relationships with end users, contractors and engineers, manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to purchase, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field
• Understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed defined sales and gross margin objectives
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heating solutions in territory
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
• Travel up to 100 nights per year
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to purchase order and provide aftersales support as needed
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management
