Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Stormwater Solutions Engineer to deliver high-quality engineering and design services for stormwater projects across North America.

The role supports field sales, develops project-specific solutions for civil engineers, and ensures designs meet local regulations. Candidates should have a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree and 2+ years in drainage design; Autodesk/HydroCAD skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 2+ years of drainage design experience.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Engineer-in-Training License preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Bluebeam, Office, HydroCAD, MathCAD.

Responsibilities

• Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering customers.
• Provide design calculations, illustrations, and advice for on-site plans.
• Respond to project inquiries including local stormwater regulations.
• Establish rapport with civil engineer customers.
• Support field and internal teams to meet goals.
• Assist sales during project bids with design reviews.
• Provide project and technical support for submittals and approvals.
• Maintain engineering standards and enter data accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
